PSYCHOLOGICAL THERAPY AND ASSESSMENT
I focus on individual therapy and psychological assessment with adults and older adults.
I employ contemporary, patient-centered, and evidence-based approaches to care, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Interpersonal Psychotherapy.
I provide services in-person and via telehealth/telemedicine.
Core areas of practice for me are:
*General adult mental health
*Resilience and healthy aging
*Depression and anxiety
*Coping with chronic illnesses
*Dementia care and caregiver support
*Navigating transitions across the adult lifespan including end of life
*Faith and spirituality (religious and non-religious) in aging
*Care in long term nursing and rehabilitation facilities
*Psychological skills in sports and other areas of performance
If I do not feel that I am the best resource, I will certainly make a referral to a better source of care for you.
